4. Vibrator: it is driven by Electro-hydraulic Technology and multi-source vibration system. Under the control of computer, it is driven by hydraulic pressure to produce vertical synchronous vibration. The frequency and amplitude can be adjusted to realize the working principle of low-frequency feeding and high-frequency forming. It can obtain good vibration effect for different raw materials, and the vibration acceleration can reach 17.5.
5. Material storage and distribution device: the material supply is controlled by the computer to avoid the internal pressure of the material affected by external factors, so as to ensure the uniformity of material supply and minimize the strength error of the product.
Distributor: it adopts sensing and hydraulic proportional drive technology to produce forced centrifugal discharge under the action of swing distributor and arch breaking mechanism. The distribution is fast and uniform, which is particularly beneficial to thin-wall multi row hole products.
